| 5-htp had noted effects personally on positive mood balance. Additionally it made my dreams very lucid. And is my subconscious really that strange or did 5-htp possibly stir up my dreamland imagination because woah! Personally I've rather enjoyed them, regardless of their super intensity at times.
My only complaint is the method of ingestion tends to be a little tedious. I am trying to body build a little bit and a protein shake is what I would prefer to take before bed, but that is usually the best time to take 5-htp as to enhance its absorption ratio. I've found the best results with a empty stomach, a glass of orange juice, wait 15 minutes, 200 mg 5-htp, then more O.J. However, I would love to her other peoples' researched, suggested methods of ingestion and enhanced function.
