Consumer Review: By Bowel Movements Have Become Irregular Since I Started Taking Acidophilus And Bifidus.

I just started taking acidophilus and bifidus (for the last 2 weeks) to counteract effects from antibiotics. I've noticed that my bowel movements are not as regular since taking it. I'm wondering how long until things will get back to normal. Also, I'm trying to lose some weight and am wondering if the acidophilus and bifidus will have an effect upon this as well. Thanks.
