Amino 1000

Consumer Review: I Have Been On Amino 1000 For A Month And Have Increased My Bench Press.
I have been on Amino 1000 soft gel capsules for a month now and have experienced some good changes in how much I can lift. I am 15 and since the day I've been on it have increased my bench press by 25 pounds. That is 145 and I only weight 120. I have also gained about 5 to 10 pounds and it is still on the rise. So far, I have not noticed any side effects. I even got my friends to take them because they have seen my results. I have one question: Is it true if you take these pro performance pills and powders and you don't work that you will just get fat?

I am sure Amino 1000 is a quality product, but the odds are if you gained 25 pounds to your bench max. you didn't really know it in the first place. If you just started benching it probably shot up so fast because you are getting the balance down. Just a thought...

You will only get fat if you take in more calories than 1) you expend, and 2) your body uses to grow. For example: I weigh 175 pounds and my caloric expenditure is 2200 base. That means if I do nothing I burn 2200 calories a day. Add in a day of lifting or sprinting or whatever and that level goes much higher. I would say to around 3200 calories a day maybe.

Now realistically gaining 5 lbs. of muscle a month "naturally" is about the best I have ever been able to do...and that's when I was still building onto my natural frame. So figure 3000 or so calories are needed per pound of muscle (I could be wrong I am only a sophomore in college not some nutritional guru!). That is 15000 calories extra per month So about 500 extra calories per day. That brings me to 3200+500=3700 calories a day. If I go higher than that it will probably turn to fat and not muscle, whether it is protein, fat, carbs, or chocolate chip cookies! Hope that helped you a little.. :)
