Amino 1000

Consumer Review: My Bench Increased 25 Pounds In A Month While Taking Amino 1000
I am a 16 year old male. I have been talking amino 1000 for about month. I have noticed no side effects and I have increased my strength very much. My bench has increased 25 pounds. I went from 195 to 220 in one month and I only weigh 155. All of my friends have started taking them and have noticed a major increase in strength for them also. Are there any harmful side effects that we should worry about?

Response #1
Hey buddy, I'm 16 too. I weigh 140, I'm a wrestler and I can bench 250 and I hate using any type of acid or fuel or anything to help. In a way I think its cheating, and what happens when you cheat? Eventually it comes back at you. I think even though there aren't side effects known now, they may come a lot later.

But anyway, my brother worked at GNC and he gave me a program to increase your bench by 50 pounds in 2 months. It worked for me the first time. I went from 200 to what I'm at now and I'm starting it again. It says you can do it as many times as you want. Just take a 3 month period in which you don't go 80% over your max. Just do reps. Get off the amino 1000.

Hey Mike, you know that amino acids are just the most basic forms of protein and that there are no side effects. You would get the same effect if you ate a lot of meat. So how bout you do the research before you say that someone is wrong.

Response #3
I agree with response 2. Aminos won't hurt you, but don't get on creatine. I have heard of way too much problems with it. I am quitting it today and may get on some aminos.
