| I took Androstene for the twenty day cycle as directed on the bottle. First, taking 3 pills a day for the first ten days, and then taking 2 pills a day for the next ten days. I noticed that every workout was vastly more intense then when I didn't take this supplement. Between sets, I would sometimes stand there and twitch and be very hyper and eagerly ready to do the next set. All of my muscles seemed to grow and each and every week I could do more weight on exercises than the previous weeks.
I have been off of the Andro for about one and half or two months now. So far, I haven't seen any adverse or life threatening side-effects. BUT!!!! I have lost some strength in some to most of my workouts. So, taking this supplement again is more than likely not going to happen. The way I see it, there are three ways that a supplement can work for someone:
(1) The supplement gives a person almost frightening results.
(2) The supplement gives noticeable results.
(3) The supplement goes in one hole and out the other.
Of course, which of the three ways that the supplement works for you almost always depends on how much effort you put into your workouts, your daily eating habits, daily exercise, sleep, and the most important of all, WATER!
