Creatine

Consumer Review: Pharmaceutical Creatine Is Best.
I am almost 16, 5'8" and about 125 lbs. I used to only bench press about 80 lbs 1- 3 times. I bought creatine about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've been putting up the 80 lbs 10-15 times. I'm not sure if I gained much weight, but I can see some results.

One of my friends told me to take the pharmaceutical brand creatine 100% which is great. Then you should take Ripped Fuel about one week later. He looked so much stronger in about 3 months. The pharmaceutical creatine is better because it is what the older people use when their bones are weaker (a lot better than most creatine).

Now, I also curl 20 lbs 45 times each arm instead of only 15 times. I've seen quite a lot of difference in just the 2 weeks. I recommend taking creatine. Start off with 300 grams.

300 Grams is probably a misprint. Just wanted to point that out.

Almost 16? You are just starting to grow. I think you should drop the creatine idea for now and just work on your lifting. At your age, you will naturally be able to lift more as the weeks, months and years go by. Oh yeah, I would not hit ripped fuel either if I were you. You are way to young to be getting into this stuff. Trust me, your body will grow just fine without it and then when you get older (and wiser), you can start looking into this stuff. For now, drink lots of milk and water and eat as much as you can.

P.S. Let time, patience and hard work be your guide for now, not creatine and, for heaven's sake, not ripped fuel.

I have to agree with the person before me. I feel at 16 years old you can only cause problems to yourself by taking any kind of supplements. Let good eating habits and light training be your guide for at least another year. I am sure you have good intentions, but I can only see you getting hurt! Sorry, that is what I think anyhow.
