Consumer Review: Andro-Stack 500 Improved My Bench Press.
|
| I started taking Andro-Stack 500 which is a mixture of DHEA, Tribulus Terrestris, and Androstene. There is 100 mg of andro and 200mg of the other two. What I was wondering is is it okay to mix these drugs and what are the effects of each individual drug?
On a lighter note, I started taking it a few weeks ago. One day in the weight room I was on the bench press. I did four complete sets of bench and then lifted what my max was before I took Andro-Stack 500. I am only 19 years old and on the bottle it says recommended for people over 18. Is that just a warning or is it okay that I am taking it seeing as I am only a year older than it says?
I am also mixing the Andro-Stack 500 with creatine monohydrate, but I only take the creatine when I lift, three days a week. Is it okay to mix it?
Thanks,
Student Athlete

Though you are only one year older then the recommended age, you should be fine.

If I were you, I wouldn't be taking the andro. It's almost like taking steroids in a way because after the first 3 weeks of taking it, you could feel stronger than you really are. When you go to bench more than you should, you will be tearing valuable muscles. I used to take it myself and experienced rages. The natural way is best.
