I've been weight lifting for a number of years. After an extended break from lifting (approximately.3 years), I have returned to the gym and I'm about eight weeks in. Almost three weeks ago I began taking a stack consisting of 100 mg norandro, 50 mg andro, and 500 mg tribulus. Along with these, I have been taking creatine, which I started about a week earlier. Since I began this stack I have gained approximately 12 pounds of what seems to be lean mass. My sets of just about everything have increased greatly and I seem to be much more intense during my workouts.
I'm not sure of a lot of things here because your question is pretty short, but one issue could be dosage. I recommend a minimum of 100 to 150 mg taken approximately 1 hour prior to lifting. This will ensure proper dosage and also you will get the full effect of the increased testosterone or nandrolone production when it is at its peak. Also, some small changes in your workout may have a large bearing on this.

I have been taking andro and nandrostidione for about nine months now and work out intensely five times a week. I have not suffered any side effects what so ever and I believe some of these people are not taking supplements correctly. I read people writing here only working out twice a week. You can not take a supplement and expect it to work if you half heartedly get into a workout regimen.
It is meant to repair tissue that is broken down during work outs and if there is no muscle to repair it is going to divert somewhere else. Just because you took the supplement an hour before working out does not mean your body filters it all out in three hours. It is just like the car engine, if it is not running you are not burning the gas.

Androstenedione and norandrostenedione convert to testosterone and nandralone in the liver (both are natural steroids with testosterone the most powerful). During intense exercise, specific steroid receptors for each steroid hormone on the muscles being worked out are stimulated. The testosterone and nandralone bind to these receptors for several hours and stimulate the muscle to metabolize amino acids (protein). This causes the muscles to increase in size and strength, and recover from exercise quickly.
If you are experiencing no gains from your prohormone usage, the most likely cause is that you did not increase your protein intake along with the prohormones. The best results begin to occur with one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. This is a minimum. More protein will result in even better gains. Best sources are all meats, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs, and protein powders. Lecithin and Flax Seed Oil will control the fat in this type of diet. You should also eat salads and grains for carbohydrates. I hope this helps you out.
