| I have been lifting for about 15 years (some on and off at times). I have seen a lot of supplements come and go. I have tried many different types of supplements over the years. Not all of them worked like they should have. I decided to give 5 Androstenediol and 19 Nor 4 Androstenediol a try. I have tried a product in the past called Androheat and that worked great for me. I have read a lot of good things about 5 diol and 19 Nor 4 diol in various lifting magazines like Iron Man etc. So I decided to try a stack that was mentioned in one of the issues.
I take a total of 500 ml a day of each, splitting the dosage. I take 100 ml at one hour, then the next hour I take the other dosage. For example, at 6:30 a.m. I take 100 ml of 5 diol. Then at 7:30 a.m. I take 100 ml of 19 Nor 4 diol. I continue this until 3:30 (ending with 19 Nor 4 diol pre work out). Then I go work out and I don't take anymore diol until the next morning at 6:30 when the process starts all over again. I'm taking a product called Mirabol (19 Nor 4 diol) and Pentabol (5 diol) by a company called Syn Trax. I have read and heard good things about them. The reasoning for taking the dosages at different intervals apart from one another is so one doesn't wear down the pathway that is used to convert the diols to testosterone in the body. What I would like to know are the following:
1) Has anybody ever heard of any negative side effects from doing this kind of a stack? If so, what can they be?
2) Is this the best way to stack the two diols together making the most out of the supplement? Or is there a better way to stack this stuff?
3) I'm also adding creatine to this stack too. Is that a good idea? (This is in addition to the other good food I eat through out the day--over 4,000 calories total including myoplex drinks, etc.)
4) What does anybody else know about the company who makes this supplement (Syn Trax) that might not be mentioned on their web site or mentioned in a magazine article?
I have started doing this stack on Monday and I feel it's too early to feel or see any results yet (other than a slight gain in energy and stamina). I would like to know what other's (who have been lifting weights for a while and know their stuff) think of what I am doing. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
Ken S.
