I took one pill in the mornings of non-lift days and one pill around an hour before workouts. I really believe that the best way to make huge improvements is to just bust your ass in the weight room. When you are lifting, focus and set goals. Burnout as hard as you can on each muscle when you lift it, and wait until it is fully recovered to work it again. Along with this, you must eat healthy. Try to eat 5 or 6 healthy meals every day with lots of good protein and you will see big gains.
