I do a lot of running for exercise every day, about 3.2 miles. Well, after a week of taking the 19-Nor product, I started to see results very quickly. I increased my miles from 3.2 to 6.4 per a day. After 10 days of taking 19-Nor, I started to notice mild hot flashes and a little anxiety one evening when I finished my run. Early the next morning, I got up for work and started to experience a uncontrollable depression. That soon went away. When I arrived at work later that morning, I became very moody and angry. I felt like I wanted to just beat somebody up! I got really scared because I could not control any of these emotions. So, I went to my doctor and he said that it looked like I was coming down with steroid-like side effects because of the 19-Nor. He explained that many pharmaceutical products put together can act like an anabolic steroid.

The next 6 months were a living hell. I was suffering from severe anxiety and depression. Even to this day, I still suffer from anxiety, not so much depression. Before I took 19-Nor, I was a happy-go-lucky person. Have any other people suffered severe anxiety and depression from this product? None of my friend seemed to have the same problem.
