| Consumer Review: I Got Tired Of Feeling Like A Wimp So I Started Lifting And Taking Andro. |
I started taking Andro, and In one week, my bench went up 50lbs. I have been hearing that there are a lot of negative side effects from taking andro, but its hard to judge yet, since I've only been on Andro for a week. I am taking 300mg doses one hour before working out. My understanding is you must take 250-500mg to produce muscle growth.
A little history:
I was 6'1" 155lbs, with 12" arms 42" chest and 25" quads. (Tall and Very Skinny) I got tired of feeling like a wimp. So I started lifting, I spent hours running until I felt sick, and I would lift until I couldn't move. I remember days I lifted so hard that, I couldn't walk for a few days thereafter. I would keep going hard long after most others would give up and walk away. It paid off. In One year I gained 55 pounds 4" on each arm and 7" around my chest, along with 1" on my quads.
I'm All natural, I've never had the nerve to use steroids. (Although a few people seem to think any gains, and you've got to be on drugs.) Today I'm 6'1" 275lbs, with 18" arms 53" chest 29" quads (just some basic measurements) But I'm now at a point were its hard to get much bigger, I would like to have 23" arms, 58" chest and 32" quads. And be cut. I still do have some excess body fat that seems to be almost impossible to burn, no matter how hard I workout (genetics, I guess). (Any ideas on this would also be appreciated).
Assuming that you eat right, train properly, and get enough sleep, there are only two factors limiting your growth; the amount of anabolic, tissue building, and catabolic, tissue destroying, hormones in your blood. So literally your own genetics are the limit on how far you go in the sport of bodybuilding. There may be people with the genetics to go all the way to the top naturally, (I don't know, there are so many differing opinions on this topic.)
I do not have unlimited funding to research every supplement available, but if there is a legal supplement that increases your anabolic hormones, while decreasing your catabolic hormones I would love to hear about it. This seem like the only route left to reach my goal. Plus, a real product to burn fat that seems genetically impossible to get rid of.
Thank You,
Robert

250-500 mg is way to much. They say 100-200 mg's. Do you want your nuts to shrink and to get acne? More is NOT always better!
