| You know that if you used the supplement commonly known as androstene otherwise known as 19-nor-4-androstene-3 beta, 17-diol you would see way more results than with your regular cycle of Nor-andro 19 and 17 beta diol. If you eat a very high protein and carbohydrate diet when you take androstene, you could very well see the results you want to.
I started using androstene a while back and I saw tremendous results. My bench press went from 265 lbs to 315 lbs in just my first cycle (one month) of it. So, if you think that great gains cannot be achieved, I am here to prove you wrong.
You probably think I am some sort of body builder or something but I am only 5'9, 175 lbs. and I currently play football for the Kingsville Brahmas in south Texas. I am only 16 . Now you probably think I've taken steroids or something, but that too is another stereotype of young people with such high weight in their bench and squat. Oh yeah, my squat also went up about 40 lbs. too. I now squat 510 lbs. I'm not trying to make you mad, but I'm trying to make you see that androstene does work and I am here to prove it!

| The use of andro based products, 5 androstenedione, 4 Androstenediol, Androstenedione, Nor 4 andro 3.17 diol and all similar prohormones work, but they work only when taken in the correct amount and at the correct moment. The mass gain could only be seen if the training amount is correct and this means, the more lazy you are, the more you gain. Muscle mass could only be gained by making a low amount of workouts at heavy weight rates. Training every muscle group in basic movements once a week ( 4 training units) at 3 to 4 heavy sets of 4 to 9 reps is the first condition you need to fulfill to get big and bulky. Too much just burns energy and muscle. Think about a marathon runner, he will never get Fat. The guy sitting at his TV will without problems because his body has time to build mass, even if it's bad mass. So, taking prohormones is not enough. You need the right ones at the right time. I suggest Klein Labs Pro One Medroid kits. They are 21-day colour coded capsules and they are to be taken at certain time of the day and they work.The mindset that the bigger the stack, the better is wrong and could cause health damage.
Now some more add ons to the taking of prohormones. In the early morning you need at first 50 mg of DHEA. 1 hour before breakfast you take the first of 3 ECA stacks (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) with a big glass of fresh pressed grapefruit juice. Nothing burns fat better than ECA with the acid of the grapefruit. Then at breakfast, which should be rich in carbohydrates, since you need those to work in the afternoon, you take a stack of 100 mg Zinc, 1000 mg of magnesium (better is manganese), 1000 mg of Vitamin E and 500 mg of Vitamin B6. Those stacks have to be made at a medical lab for you. The action of zinc, magnesium, B6 on testosterone raising is known and the strength increase is amazing. You add to all your meals a capsule of 200 mg Lysin to get a better splitting of the proteins, which helps them to turn into muscle right away. Then you take your morning cap of the medroid kit. At noon, a light meal made of fruits. Do not mix sour fruits in this meal. Only neutral like apples and pears and sweet like grapes and bananas. Avoid any kind of solid protein or meat. If your intestines work when you wanna do your workouts, the blood that should supply your muscle will be used to feed the intestines. Drink a glass of grape juice with some 15 grams of Creatine in it. At 3 in the afternoon, second ECA stack with grapefruit juice. One hour before training, your pre training caps of the Medroid Kit and a big portion of Creatine Fuel from Twinlab or similar.
After training, a rest of half an hour to one hour and a big portion of Gainers Fuel or Nitro Tech. In the evening at 6 o clock, last ECA stack with grapefruit and the post training cap of the Medroid Kit. At 7 o clock, first evening meal, high protein level, not too much carbs. At 9 o clock, next same high protein meal. Now, 1/2 hour prior to going to bed, you take a capsule of 200 mg Glutamine and if you could, add some portion of 25 - max 125 mg L-Dopa. Glutamine and L-Dopa are the Growth hormone boosters number 1 in the body. Compared to this combination, all you heard about IGF and Secretagogues is child's play. The combination of Glutamine and L-Dopa are the most powerful somatropin boosters you could find. Up to you to find the dose of dopamine that still lets you think clear. If you feel that some inches of your daily movie are missing at the end of the day, you know that your dose is too high. Note that the use of Glutamine without L-Dopa will help to boost the GH in your body as well, but not as much as with added L-Dopa.
Now add between .5 and 3 mg of Melatonin. Here it's up to you to find the right dose. If you wake up at 4 in the morning and are speeded up like a volcano, your dose is much too high. Better to start low and go up to find out. Now, you are on the right way. Think also one thing. When you get older, over 35, Andro prohormones ending with -dione can aromatize and turn to estrogens and cause troubles like gynecomastia, unnecessary fat building. Therefore, add some Chrysin or medical products like Clomid or Pregnil to avoid this. NEVER stay on prohormones longer than 12 weeks. After that period, you stop for 4 to 7 weeks. Best is 21 days on, 2 weeks off. Prohormones are like all other sterols and steroids, they cause a saturation in the body and then stop their action and thus just block off your own hormone production.
In any case, it would be good to have a medical watch during all the period you use them. And remember, loosing a bit of mass and losing some of your strength after stopping is normal and not a reason to jump on the stuff again right away. What most people do is like blowing up sponges in long reps sets without overloading the muscle and breaking the muscular fibers. But only hurting the muscle, breaking the fibers and letting them reestablish and heal is the way to build muscle tissue and true mass. Think about it, all is in your head and in the way you want it to be. The rules are known, up to you to apply them.
