Question: How Can Betagen Be So Effective When It Contains Such A Small Amount Of Creatine.

I was wondering how Betagen is such an effective supplement when it has so little creatine per serving.

To whoever asked how Betagen can be so effective when it has such a small amount of Creatine: Creatine is NOT the main ingredient in Betagen!! HMB is the main ingredient! The Creatine is just added for extra benefit as well as a little glutamine and taurine. HMB is the reason the stuff is good, and the reason it's reasonably expensive. I think it's a good value considering all you get in it though.

Wrong. There are 2 gms of creatine and 1 gm of HMB in each Betagen serving.
