Question: Bee Pollen Had A Side Effect Of Growing New Hair On My Head.
I took bee pollen for about a year (twice daily, about a quarter teaspoon). One effect I noticed after several months was that new hair was growing on my head and arms, filling in areas where the hair was thin. After a year, I started to be allergic. My throat would swell up and I would feel a stomach ache. I am still mildly allergic to it now after almost 20 years. I know other people who have experienced hair growth from bee pollen.
