Question: Bee Pollen Works Better Than Vitamin C And Echinacea In Easing My Kids' Cold Symptoms.
My entire family uses bee pollen for colds. I have 3 girls (2, 4, 6 years). They take a teaspoon in the AM & PM when they have colds, and their symptoms are not as severe as when taking only vitamin C or echinacea. I work out at the gym 3 days a week performing power lifting workouts, and have found I can continue my workouts at the same level without an increase of cold symptoms. This had always been the opposite before I started taking pollen. We only take it in its natural granulated form.
