Question: What Is The Best Legal Drug To Take To Bulk Up?
I am a 206 lbs. football lineman. I was wondering what the best legal drug to take to bulk up would be? Now, I am only a freshman in high school, so I can spend between $30-$50. I have been thinking about creatine, but I just want to know if there are any better suggestions.

Answer #1
In my experience creatine is the best and most cost effective supplement to bulk up. Creatine has also been shown to increase sprint times which could definitely be helpful on the football field.

Answer #2
Creatine is the best thing that is legal to take that will bulk you up and bulk you up fast if used right. I have seen some bad side effects with teens using creatine though. I would lay off any type of supplement until you are older. You are still growing. Wait until you are at least 17 or 18 before you start using it. GNC sells it for $49.95 for 1 kilo, but you can find it cheaper on the net.

Answer #3
The best combination to bulk up is this: you take a protein powder along with your creatine and a load up on glutamine. This will be around $30, $30, $25, $85.00, but, after you finish this cycle, maintain a steady dose of glutamine and you will be very strong and will look much thicker. I hope this helps you.
