There may be hype, but these cartazyne tablets WORK for me with advanced osteoarthritis in my knee and hip. There was nothing else recommended other than total joint replacements. I am 55 and want to delay this. Meanwhile, the tablets (A type DS - 1 AM/1 PM) have helped me reduce severe pain and increase mobility of the joints. Highly recommended.
