I sent for the Cartazyne DS tablets from the Arthritis and Joint Disease Center in Vancouver, BC, Canada. They state in their advertisement, " I understand my order is completely guaranteed and I risk nothing if joint pain continues."
My wife and I tried it for only a week and both of us suffered worse and severe pain and terrible stomach pains upon following the directions given. Our doctor told us to discontinue using it. We paid $105.95 for a 120 day supply. We are both retired and cannot afford any quackery medication, if this be the case. The tablets were shipped from the Nutritional Fulfillment Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Reading some of the comments from others that they have refused to return their money for this product and won't even answer the phone disturbs me a great deal. Won't the Consumers Protection Agency do something about this? Can anyone give me advice as what action I take to get our refund? Before I contact our Senator Hatch or The Better Business Bureau, what should we do? Where do we return the bad pills? Please advise.
