Are there any health risks in using glucosamine and chondroitin with a problem liver?

I corresponded personally with Internet expert, Cush, on this subject and read up on it at Dr. Theo's site. Only one person in thousands of of persons taking these supplements mentioned "hepatitis". I believe the hepatitis was caused by something else. In all my research, I haven't found any bad side effects regarding G/Ch.
