Question: Can I Safely Take Chromium Picolinate If I Have Thyroid Disease?
Hi, just a month ago I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and placed on medication. When I went to the health food store to purchase my chromium picolinate pills, which have helped me loose over 30 pounds, I read on the label that people with thyroid disease should consult a physician before taking. My physician could not say whether it was unsafe for me to continuing taking the supplement. Could someone please point me in the right direction. I've done some research but have found nothing on the subject. thanks.
