Consumer Review: While Taking Chromium Picolinate, I Experienced An Irregular Heart Beat And Possibly A Minor Stroke.
I began taking chromium picolinate for weight loss and I began having an irregular heart beat (about 120-155bpm). I began to have serious difficulties in breathing and had what is believed to be a minor stroke. It began with fast paced heart beating and a tingling, almost numb feeling in my finger tips and toes that slowly moved up my wrists. This reaction increased with daily consumption.
