Chromium Picolinate
Consumer Review: Chromium Picolinate Helped Me Lose Weight, But It Makes Me Light Headed.
I have been taking Chromium for about a month. It seems when I take it, I do lose weight and do not feel as hungry and have more energy, BUT I seem to get light headed while taking it. Has anyone else felt this way? And a few times I had a sharp pain in my side and around the back!
