Consumer Review: Chromium Picolinate Gave My Husband Severe Muscle Spasms And Cramps.
My husband a active individual all his life (he is 64 now), has been experiencing severe muscle spasms and cramps. In investigating what could be the problem, he eliminated this product Chromium Picolinate from the vitamins he takes daily for a period of 3 days and the SEVERE cramping stopped. He resumed taking this vitamin and the cramping, muscle problems have returned. He is going to discontinue the use of this product immediately, to see if the same results occur. All vitamins are Twinlab Products. He has never had a problem with Twinlab vitamins before. It seems the combination is causing the problem.
