Consumer Review: I'm Convinced The Emergency Surgery I Had To Have On My Lower Intestine Is The Result Of Taking Chromium Picolinate.
Seven days ago I awoke to SEVERE abdominal pain that required a visit to the E.R., and good thing I listened to my gut instinct. I had to have emergency surgery for a part of my lower intestine twisted 360 degrees and I feel that it is due to chromium picolinate. I started taking it about 6 months ago to train for races and triathlons. However, at the beginning of the year, I felt it wasn't a good supplement to take anymore. I quit taking it and about a week later I came down with this terrible pain that in the end required surgery. I'm in the fitness industry and will not promote this drug to anyone. Better yet, fitness professionals, PLEASE read the fine print and do your homework on whatever you decide to promote. I'll never take it again and let's hope my problems with this drug are over. DON'T TAKE THIS OR ANY DRUG UNTIL YOU KNOW THE POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECTS IT CAN HAVE ON YOU. LIFE IS NOT A DRESS REHEARSAL.
