Consumer Review: I Gained 20 Pounds In 3 Weeks While Using Effervescent Creatine And Androstenedione.
I recently started taking effervescent creatine and androstenedione. In 3 weeks I have gained about 20 pounds. This is not as drastic as it sounds. I had surgery on a double hernia recently and had lost about 15 pounds and had been out of the gym for about 11 weeks. Maybe there is some truth to the muscle memory theory.

I am wondering about the effects of rapid weight gain (even though I needed to gain it) as well as potential dangers of using andro, such as its role in working with the prostate. Why was it banned by the NCAA and the NFL?

Also, can anybody offer any comments on possible ways to meet my physical goals. I am not interested in size alone. I am more interested in an overall athletic and healthy condition. Basically, I want to maximize strength AND endurance. I am an ectomorph (long and thin), 23 yrs old, full time college student, 6 ft 3, 191 pounds at 8% body fat.

You're wasting your money on the effervescent creatine. Save your money and buy in bulk. Try Creatine Extreme from AST. You'll get the same effect, if not better, than the stuff you are taking. And this stuff won't make you bloated or burp!
