Question: Is It A Good Idea To Take Creatine And Ripped Fuel At The Same Time?
Should you take Ripped Fuel and Creatine at the same time? Or should I take the Creatine earlier in the day and then take the Ripped Fuel before my workout?

Question expanded by another reader.
I have been working out on and off for about 1.5 years. I have been working out consistently for about 2 months. I have gotten a lot stronger in these past two months using creatine, and a little bit bigger. Once I get to a satisfactory size, though, I would like to get more ripped. I heard that TwinLab Ripped Fuel is one of the best supplements to use to do this. I heard that fat mobilizers, like L-Glutamine and L-Carnitine are good for this too. If I were to take Creatine, Ripped Fuel, and L-Glutamine all at the same time, would there be any negative side effects?

Answer #1
Taking creatine and ripped fuel at the same time before a workout isn't a good idea. The reason it's a bad idea to take these supplements together is because Ripped fuel contains Hu-Hang extract, a type of caffeine, and caffeine kills currently consumed creatine's effect. I suggest that you cycle taking these 2 products so that you'll get the most out of these supplements. I hope this information helps you.
