| I am 14 and I started taking creatine. I was 86 pounds and couldn't gain weight due to my high metabolism. I heard about creatine and made my grandma take me to Giant Eagle to purchase it. It was a cheap brand. I believe it was Body Fortress, but it was HPLC Pure Creatine. The brand didn't matter to me though.
I took one tablespoon of Creatine a day for approximately one month. During that one month, I worked out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I gained about 15 pounds of muscle in that one month. Sounds unbelievable, doesn't it? The gains were definitely because of my rigorous workout routine, but the creatine played a major part in restoring my muscles after working out.
I don't take creatine anymore, but I think I will start taking a whey protein. Also, I have been hearing some good things about HMB. I will write another review in a few months. Until then, goodluck. I hope I was of some help.
