| The first time I came here, I was searching for information on Creatine and other products. I saw a lot of people saying that Creatine caused them a lot of problems, so I said to myself ,"damn, creatine can be really bad." But a few days later I bought a 400g bottle of creatine (Eclipse 2000) and began to take it.
I gained 12 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks and I was able to lift a little more weight and do a little more reps and my recuperation rate was higher than before. After 2 weeks, I returned here and read a lot of posts on Creatine and I re-said to myself, "ARGHH, I should stop taking this sh now." But after 2 to 3 days I started taking it again. And again, creatine gave me great results. I took creatine for 5 weeks, and now I am stopping for 3 to 4 weeks (I am in the middle of the 2nd week).
I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM WITH CREATINE, nor did my friends, nor did the people I know, nor did the people who are in other supplement discussion forums...nobody. The only place where I see creatine thrashed like this is here. In every other forum I see, nobody has problems with their liver or kidneys because of the creatine..and a lot of these people have taken this stuff for 4 or 5 cycles. ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEM, ONLY BIG GAINS.
So, I am thinking that the people here who are complaining about creatine are 1) liars or 2) took 25g of creatine per day, 7 days/week, with no cycling, without drinking enough water.
SO, do like me: 5g/day of creatine, 6 days/week, drink AT LEAST 3-4 liters of water per day (I drink about 3 liters of water when I am working, and maybe another 3 liters in the other part of the day), and cycle every 5 weeks or so, and stop taking creatine for 3 to 4 weeks. You will only be healthier after that.
The only little problem people can have with creatine is stomach-ache (if they do not drink enough water) and maybe some headaches (if you do not drink enough water).
Work hard and lift heavy.
