Creatine

Consumer Review: Creatine Helped Me Add 70 Pounds To My Bench Press, But I May Have Pushed Myself Too Hard.
I have used Creatine in cycles on several different occasions for about a 6-8 week stretch with two months off between. I just combined the Andro into my regimen and have yet to see if any desired results develop. I gained 70lb on my bench in 6 short weeks and kept climbing until I injured my shoulder doing a heavy incline routine. I believe my injury was indirectly related to my creatine usage because I usually do not do incline barbell press and my first time doing it I did 315 for 8 reps for 4 sets. I learned from my mistake and will consider the conditioning of my ligaments and tendons before doing a different lift. Other than my injury, I have experienced carpal tunnel like symptoms. That is the only negative side effect of the Creatine that I have experienced. I haven't lifted in six months and my personal best bench of 445 is back down to the mid 3's. I'm in the second week of my return and will be interested to see if the Andro/Creatine works.
