Consumer Review: My Friend Developed Breast-Like Pectoral Muscles While Using Creatine.
A friend of mine at work had been using creatine for 2 months and complained that he noticed his pecs looking more like breasts than pecs. He said they didn't flex like the rest of his muscles and just sort of hung there. The biggest pain in the butt for him was that he was short and this side effect is highly noticeable.

Response #1
Your friend's pecs are definitely not from taking creatine. Creatine does not convert to estrogen, say like Andro, and you won't get gyno (bitch tits) from its use. However, I think your friend should try different exercises for his chest and add shaping ones like flys. It will help get the shape he wants.

Response #2
I would recommend using more of the incline bench presses (barbell, dumbbell) to develop the upper chest areas. Just doing flat bench will not give the well rounded pec he is looking for.

Response #3
Sounds to me like your friend got "bitch tits" from taking "the sauce" if ya smell what the rock is cookin'. You get it from estrogen, which is from roids not creatine.

Response #4
Like the person said in response 2, vary your bench press exercises. Another thing that will help is burnout exercises. Bench a lower weight than normal and do it until you cannot do it anymore. This might assist in burning some excess fat off your pectorals.
