| Consumer Review: Creatine Gave Me Good Gains, But The "Water Weight" Is Making It Hard To Define My Abs. |
| I am 25 years old (male) and I have been working out, but have always hit that wall where you don't seem to get any bigger. I started taking Creatine and in 1 month I went from 155lbs. to 167lbs. and haven't increased any inches on my waist line.
The only bad things that I have noticed with Creatine is that it is very difficult to loose my waist line and get my abs to show. I can definitely see the "water weight." It has helped with my bench and things like that. Some days it makes my stomach feel like there is a knot in it, but if I skip a day I feel fine. I take it with Grape juice, and as long as I eat while or before I take it, my stomach doesn't bother me as much.

Hey Scrappy, I read your article and I agree after taking Creatine that it certainly does help with your lift. I also suggest that you take L-Glutamine at 500mg/capsule. Anyways, if you do that, your abs will eventually define!
