| Consumer Review: Let Me Tell You Why Creatine Is My New Best Friend. |
Well, it's 1999 and creatine has been out on the market long enough to generate a lot of hype. I've had the chance to hear those who claim it's the "miracle supplement", and I've heard those who say it does nothing for you. . .so what do I think?
I've been using creatine now for 2 years, which happens to be how long I've been working out for. I've gone from weighing 145 to 173 and I've increased my bench from 180 to 305. Also, increased my arms from 13 inches to 16 and a half. (Some may have to do with the water absorption in the cells , but. . .oh well.) I'm not trying to brag because I know there's a lot of other people out there who have seen similar gains using creatine. I also use L-Glutamine to aid in creatine absorption
The only reason I mention these gains is not to impress you but to impress upon you that the use of creatine has helped me have great high intensity workouts and if your a person who's looking for "worth-while" workouts that yield results while still doing it the natural way, I highly highly suggest you meet my new best friend. . . "CREATINE".
