Consumer Review: After 2 Years On Creatine, This 52 Year Old Can Tell You It Works Great.
I hate to be a spoil sport, but so far creatine has none nothing but help. I have been taking creatine for 2+ years and have not suffered any side effects. I take Lipitor for high cholesterol and high triglycerides and was taking accupil but was able to stop after lowering blood pressure to normal.

I have my liver and kidneys checked quarterly do to above mentioned problems. I had a creatine level of 1.3 mg/dl normal reference range is 0.5 to 1.4, so far so good my triglycerides were 82 good, cholesterol total 192 needs work HDL 43, and an LDL of 133, not bad considering family history. Started the Atkins diet, lost 3 inches on the waist, and put on muscle.

Oh, I forgot to mention I am 52. Feeling good, looking good and according to my doctors tests, doing good. Although it seems to be working for me and I have no intention of changing my ways, I advise everyone to get professional guidance. This is just my story and everyone is different.

I am 51 years old and still bodybuilding. Creatine has helped me make even more gains now than I did in my early teens.
