Consumer Review: The Licensed Trainer At My Gym Told Me Not To Take Creatine.
My name is mike, I am 15 years old and I am a member of a very well known health club/gym and they have their own supplement shop. I walked in one day and I asked they guy (who is a licensed trainer), "what do you think about creatine?" His answer was, "I wouldn't use it if I were you, because of your age and you must be taking lots of vitamins first of all to even go on any supplement." I asked him what does it do for you, he said, "all it does is just add water to your muscles but the body has creatine in it already, creatine supplement just gives it more."

Response #1
Of course the guy will downplay creatine. He has his own line of stuff to sell. I would take it anyway and disregard any further "advice" this bozo offers!

Response #2
You have been misinformed. Creatine not only adds muscle mass, strength and endurance, but it adds definition to muscle. It does this by removing the water from around the muscles. Remember to drink lots of water...it is essential!
