Creatine is the best damn supplement, while also taking protein, and plenty of water. I've gained a so much muscle mass it has blown my mind. But you have to stay into it, you must take it and weight lift everyday. You must work out till you burn, and don't just put weight on the bars but pile those plates on there don't be afraid to build muscle!
