| Consumer Review: Creatine Did Wonders For My Bench Press With No Noticeable Side Effects. |
I am a 22 year old male who has been lifting on and off for four years. I am 6' 2" and weigh 200lbs. Just before I started using creatine I could max 205 lbs on the bench press. I loaded with 20g a day for four days, and took 2.5 grams a day thereafter. In a month and a half my bench shot up to 230 lbs. I had no noticeable gains in weight. After I stopped taking it I noticed a slight drop in the amount of weight I could lift. This drop may be partially psychological. Either way I have found the stuff to work really well and I have had no noticeable side effects.

I'm a 28 year old avid weightlifter who's been lifting for 12 years. I've tried just about ever supplement out there, from testosterone boosters to steroid replacement packs. All have failed with the exception of creatine; this stuff gave me incredible muscle endurance. Before using it, I was bench pressing 315 for 1 set of 10. Within in two weeks, I was doing 315 2 sets of 10! I never had such dramatic results in that amount of time. My brain was telling me that I should have failed on the 2nd set but my body just kept going. Folks in the gym were asking me what I was doing. I was leaner and I was getting incredible pumps during my workouts. As for all this propaganda about side effects, let me tell you I have been on and off this stuff for the last two years and I haven't experienced one!!! Just keep in mind that you do need to drink plenty of water to keep your organs (kidneys) functioning properly. Anyone thinking about trying it, I TOTALLY recommend it!

I just turned 19 years old and I weigh about 150lbs. I've been working out for about two years off and on. I only started back recently, and I wasn't even benching 165lbs. I decided to start creatine. I didn't overload at all for the first week, I just took the recommended 5 grams a day. In a little over a month, I was benching 230lbs no problem. To me, this is a miracle of how creatine could help me so much in my strength bursts. It really works, and I recommend it. I've experienced no side effects so far. You must drink almost one gallon of water a day while taking creatine. Trust me, you'll see results in no time.
