Consumer Review: In My Experience As A Paramedic, I Can Tell You That Creatine Is Safer Than Most Prescription Drugs.
It is obvious that people are affected differently with supplements that are purchased over the counter. Have any of these negative responders ever researched their prescription meds this well? I just took an antibiotic whose least side effect is Myocardial Infarction (heart attack). I have a family member that had to have a heart valve replaced due to a medication for another menial condition. I trust most natural products than I do Physician pushed drugs. Some physicians don't even know or tell you the side effects of their prescriptions. As for Creatine? I have used it for two years with no problems and as a Paramedic have yet to see a person suffering from side effects of creatine, only on prescription meds.

Response #1
I have used creatine for two years and have never experienced any adverse side effects. If taken responsibly--1 to 2 teaspoons per day, it will not harm you. 1 to 2 tablespoons, on the other hand, may do some damage. Cycling it for 1 month to 6 weeks is fine.

Response #2
Your body makes its own creatine. So the extra bought & consumed creatine turns into really expensive urine! Your body gets rid of extra creatine. Your body can only use so much. We do not know if we are damaging our bodies or not because there haven't been many studies done on the side effects of creatine.
