Creatine

Consumer Review: I Had To Stop Taking Creatine Because It Was Causing Pain In My Leg Muscles.
Well, I have been working out about two hours a day for about a year and have been involved in martial arts for an additional two hours for the past 5 years. I have always been rather flexible (splits, etc) because of martial arts. Since the start of my workout routine, I have been taking ripped fuel every morning because I work out about 5 in the morning. Coming back from Christmas vacation, I started taking Creatine because my friend had been taking it for over a year, so I wanted to give it a try.

I am now off of Creatine because of the extreme negative effect it had on my legs. I began noticing a straining in my hamstring when I would be doing regular exercises like bench, vertical sit-ups and anything else where the body tends to flex. I also noticed it took longer for me to work into the splits and do my regular leg routine. I was told to drink more water, but I think my bladder will explode if I increased my regular gallon a day.

I believe that all supplements act differently on everyone's bodies, but after asking around I found that creatine is proven to affect the muscles in your legs especially. The side effects have included cramps, strains, pulls, lack of endurance etc. Well that's all I have to say about creatine.
