| I would like to say that I was told by a person at GNC that a tablespoon and a half of creatine is five grams of creatine, and we got into an argument about it. I was saying that it should be a teaspoon and half of creatine that makes five grams of creatine. So I asked to speak to the manager, and he thought it was a tablespoon and half of creatine that made five grams of creatine.
This is exactly why people get hurt. I would have been tripling the maximum dose, and it was a good thing I have used the product for a long time. They are told wrong information by people they feel are experts, and they are reading so much conflicting information on how to use the product.
I have personally seen web sites say that you should take 30 grams for seven to ten days for a loading phase, and fifteen grams a day for the maintenance phase, and you don't need to cycle the stuff if you drink lots of water. I would recommend taking 15 to 20 grams for three days, and 3 to 7 grams for maintenance phase, and use the creatine for two months and then take a month break.
One heaping teaspoon or a teaspoon and a half is equal to five grams of creatine. Take the stuff with grape juice and drink at least 5 litres of water a day. Space it out so you don't drink one all day and then try and drink four before you go to bed. Always buy a reputable product, and Phosphagen is the same thing as 100% creatine monohydrate. So don't think that you are getting something more when you buy the EAS phosphagen brand of creatine.
