Creatine

Consumer Review: I'm A 16 Year Old Football Player And Creatine Has Worked Great For Me.
I am a 16 year old football player. I have been taking creatine for about 6 months now. Let me tell ya. The stuff works great.

When I was in 9th grade I weighed about 145 pounds and could bench about 90 to 100 pounds. In 10th grade I was around the same weight and moved up to around 120 to 130 pounds. But then I heard about this stuff called creatine from one one of my buddies that was taking it and he said, "you wanna get buff, just take this creatine stuff." So I took his advice. I went to GNC and bought the pro performance creatine. I did the loading thing, taking around 4 teaspoons a day for 4 days. After that I took a tea spoon a day.

Let me tell ya, THE STUFF IS AWSOME. I went from lifting 140 pounds at the end of my 10th grade year, to lifting almost 200 pounds 6 months later. NOW I KNOW this sounds like a BS story, but it is true. I gained about 15 pounds, and I'm seeing more definition in my musles.

So anyway, the stuff works for me, and quite frankly I think the BS stories that all these critics talk about are dumb. The one thing that I will say though, is that I believe that creatine does not work well with everyone's system. I think the only way to find out is to try it yourself.

I know, I am a 17 year old football player. I weigh 220 (last year 195), bench press one rep max is 300lbs, squat is 400 lbs. The stuff works if you take it right .

I am going to let you believe that creatine works if that is what you want. But let me tell you that when I was in ninth grade I weighed about 200lbs. and my bench and squat were terrible, like 100 and 185 or something like that. I made huge jumps in both lifts with out taking creatine I also have gained weight. I am 17 years old I now weigh 310 lbs. bench press 345 and squat 475. I am glad to know that I did it naturally and without supplements, but just like everyone else in the US I want to get better and I have plateued as of now. I would like to try creatine but I want to know that it works and for you two to say yeah it works with only gaining 60 lbs. in a lift in 6 months isn't too impressive. I did that without supplements. Now if the stuff could help me, then I may take it, but if it is going to let me do exactly what I am doing now then why waste my money. By the way, in three and a half years I gained 250 lbs in bench and close to 300 lbs in squat. That is an average of about 50 lbs every six months. So I did naturally with what you did with supplements and probably a lot of money.
