I have been taking GSE in Omnitrim Victory from Omnitrition International for over two years now and have had great results in controlling my blood sugars. I do not know the mg dosage but I take 2 tablets of Victory before each meal. When I got off Victory for a few months and my sugars went out of control, I took 4 tablets 3 times a day and my lab results totally surprised my physician by going from 8.8 hemoglobulin A1C to 6.0 and glucose remain under 100 now. The Omnitrition formula also includes chromium polynicotinate (chromate GTF) and other helpful oat/rice fibers. I think the combination works excellent and helped get my cholesterol under 200 for the first time. I have never tried vanadium, but recommended Victory to a pastor who was diabetic that was not well controlled on Vanadium and strict diet and experienced the same positive results.
