| I'm 21 and have been lifting since 16. I weighed 142lbs then and as of 4 months ago I was 186lbs and a little fat. I work out 3 days a week, 1 hour hardcore. No supplements except whey, multivitamins, and a strict diet. I busted my tail and gained 40lbs in 5 years, considering growth spurts, etc. The past 7 months I have been at the same body weight plus or minus 2 or 3 lbs. I've basically plateaued. My max for bench was 265lbs, but I dropped to 250lbs. I tried changing my work out, etc. Then I decided to fall for the supplements.
All I've heard since I began lifting was hard workouts, good foods, and plenty of rest. Well, that's what I've been doing and it ain't working no more. So I asked one of the fellow MEATHEADS at the gym. He said these two magical words: Boron and Dibencozide. I ordered them and both came in 90 day supply. By the end of the 3 months, it was awesome. My weight jumped to 197lbs and my bench soared to 280. The biggest surprise was that I didn't start another cycle and the results are still coming. My advice is to get these two products if you are at a sticking point. Don't think these supplements are a quick fix. The #1 ingredient is hard work.
