Consumer Review: I Am 52 Years Old And I Have Never Felt Better Or Had A Better Physique.
In the third quarter of 98 I lost 50 lbs, 6 inches in the waist, and gained significant muscle mass and definition. I have maintained the weight loss and am increasing muscularity and definition.

Here is what I am doing:
Six small meal of 200 cal. per day, one of which is whole food, taken at midday. All others are meal replacements.

Carbs: kept to a minimum and protein ramped up to equal a gram per pound of body weight.

I use the following supplements: ANDROS-LH STACK(ANDROS,DHEA,TRIB); EPHEDRA-CHROM-CAF-ASPIRIN STACK; GLUCOSAMINE-CONDROITIN; NUTRALITE DOUBLE X; UNREFINED OMEGA OILS STACK 3,6,9; ECHINACEA, ST. JOHN'S WORT, SAW PALMETTO, KAVA; MELETONIN; SELENIUM. I also take 200 mg of PHT (Dilantin) daily. This I get over the counter in TJ.

My workout is a three day split which takes me less than one hour on each of the three days. I sleep through the night, I don't get up to pee anymore, I have night erections, and the ability to sustain intercourse at will. I am 52 years old and I have never felt better or had a better physique.

Response #1
While I hesitate to question the above success story (fat loss/lean mass gain on 1200 calories per day), I find it somewhat difficult to believe. Six months on 1200 calories per day would make it very difficult to retain lean muscle mass, let alone work an intensive split routine over three days. Perhaps the person who posted this message might re-evaluate his regimen more carefully to determine if what he reported is exactly what he did.

Response #2
Regarding 1200 calories a day not being enough for muscle gains and muscle retention: I am currently taking dibencozide, boron, ma huang/caffeine/aspirin, multi essential amino acid supplements, and vitamin/mineral supplements. I eat large amounts (big cutlets) of chicken and turkey with a moderate amount of carbohydrates. I am getting bigger muscle gains (not just the "pump" but a gain) with almost every workout! So as far as calories are concerned, I'd be surprised if I consumed up to 1200 calories a day! All you really need is a sufficient amount of protein, vitamins, minerals, and water, and also carbs for energy.
