Consumer Review: EAS Creatine Did Not Work For Me.
I also have taken creatine, androstene, hmb etc... I have found no evidence to support that these products are helping me. I have taken Creatine for four years off and on anywhere from 2 months to six. I tried different loading principles and brands Ranging from EAS to Cheap brands. Every time I went off of the cycles I had no strength loss. Currently I am using no supplements and doing just fine. Maybe Creatine doesn't work for everybody. The best way to put on mass that I have tried and know of is taking up more calories and lifting hard. Try doing heavy sets.
Response #1
I used EAS' Creatine about 3 months ago for approximately 6 weeks. I drank 5L a day, did what I was told to do, worked out like I was told to do. I doubled my strength in pretty much every area in my body. However, I did retain a lot of water, my feet swelled unnoticeably from water retention, and I had to stop since it wasn't worth buying a new pair of $600 hockey skates. I was on it and I'm done with it. Only muscle growth supplement I've used.
