ECA Stack Dosages

Question: Will The Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin Stack Allow Me To Lose 30 lbs in 2 Months?
How effective is the ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin (ECA) stack in weight loss? How fast does it work? I need to lose 30 lbs in 2 months. Is that possible with the stack?

Thank you

I have been using the ECA Stack for several months taking short periods of time off in between to counter the effects of my body becoming accustomed to it. The first month I tried it was during a fat shedding period where I was doing a half hour to 45 minutes of cardio every other morning on an empty stomach. I took it 3 times a day (with meals) with a dosage of 200 mg of caffeine, 100 mg of aspirin and 25 mg of ephedrine. The results were fair, but, for all I know, that could have simply been because of the increased cardio.

I am fairly lean to begin with so any results I see would not be near as dramatic as someone with a higher percentage of body fat and lower level of fitness. If you are looking to lose 30 lbs in 2 months, I'll assume your somewhat heavy . So, if you maintain a low fat diet and incorporate a good amount of cardio into your routine, you should see some weight loss. I don't know about 30 lbs.

I still take the stack once before each workout and I have to admit that it dramatically increases my energy level. If you do decide to take it, make sure you work your way into and out of it. For example, once a day for the first week, twice a day for the second week, 3 times a day for the third week, etc.. Your body will grow accustomed to its effects.

Last Monday I started to take the ECA Stack . I took three doses a day in order to loose the last fat cells around my stomach. In only four days, I already lost several pounds even though I increased my calories. However, I can't see any improvement yet. My training got worse. Is it possible that I lost muscles instead of fat? Should I increase my protein calories?

Greetings from Europe,
Ben

You all seem to be taking the stack in an inappropriate manner. It's simple: once a day 125mg Ephedrine, 200mg Caffeine and 300mg Aspirin. Don't increase anything and only take it once a day. 30 pounds in two weeks.....Come on, let's be serious.

I have read in Bill Phillip's Supplement Review Guide that the his recommended dosage is 200mg caffeine, 20mg ephedrine, 300mg aspirin 3 times a day. The reason? You want to carry the thermogenic functions of the stack for as much of the day as possible. Caffeine only stays in the system for 4 hours (at full strength). It makes sense to take it 3 times a day. He also recommended only taking it for a couple weeks at a time and not every day but every other day.

If you want to lose 30lbs in 2 months, and I'm assuming you mean body fat, the caffeine stack will help prevent the loss of muscle tissue, and can suppress hunger. It will raise the body temperature by increasing the amount of calories burnt at rest. This in itself will not help much. You will also need to pursue a low carbohydrate diet (30g per day, provided your kidneys and other organs are well) do your weights in the morning on an empty stomach, and take a flaxseed oil capsule four times a day. Most importantly, after the 2 months is up and you're 30lbs lighter, do yourself a favour and keep going to the gym, return to a normal, junk free, diet of FRESH foods, and wean yourself off stimulants like caffeine and ephedrine. You don't want to subject your body to this punishment twice.
