Consumer Review: I've Taken The Ephedrine-Caffeine-Aspirin Stack For Years With No Problems Because I Use My Head.
C'mon folks, if you abuse anything like ephedrine, it will take its toll on you both mentally and physically. I've used the ephedrine-caffeine-aspirin stack for years, at a moderate level or less, for workout energy or to lose weight. I've never had any side-effects or negative physical reactions. Use your head.
Ephedrine is a bronchodialator, caffeine is a stimulant and aspirin is a blood thinner. Put them together and here's the body's natural reaction. The ephedrine starts opening up your bronchial passages so that you can take in more oxygen, the caffeine speeds up your blood stream to get that oxygen to the rest of your body and the aspirin helps the blood flow even faster by thinning it down. Nice and simple. Use it before a workout, before running, but not before going to bed or trying to take a nap or when you need to concentrate. You're flat out stupid if you do. It simply increases your body's ability to fuel itself for strenuous physical activity.
If you have thyroid problems, don't use it. It will kill you. If you have an addictive personality, don't use it. It will kill you. Look back over the past ten years and tell me if I'm mistaken. It was in the news a lot in the early '90's.
Now, how much to take. No matter how big or small you are, don't take more than this: one 20-25mg tablet of ephedrine, 200mg of caffeine (normal cup of coffee) and one aspirin. I recommend that you take a half tab of ephedrine and a half tab of aspirin if you are under 180 pounds or you will feel like your heart is going to explode. And then, don't take it every single day either. Take it once a day for a few days, and then lay off for a few. Don't let your body get used to it. Once it does, like a typical addiction, you're going to want more to feel like you are getting the same "buzz" that you had before. That's when you start having negative reactions and side-effects.

I agree with the gentleman who states you have to use your head. I have been taking Diet Fuel for about 3 months now, and have had wonderful results. I don't follow the dosage on the bottle because if you take 3 capsules with your evening meal, you will have trouble falling asleep. I take 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 with lunch. My wife takes one with each meal (except dinner). You have to listen to your body and eat when you are hungry or feel fatigued. Taking a day off from time to time is a must. There was an article in the paper today that said the FDA has found ephedrine safe if you are taking 100mg or less a day. I am taking about 30mg and that is plenty. Just be smart people.
