Consumer Review: My Weight Loss Was Going Great With Ephedrine Until I Had A Seizure For The First Time In My Life.

I started using a dietary supplement that I saw in a fitness magazine. The ad said "lose up to 360% more fat!" I was ecstatic to read this because no other ad I ever read could make this claim. I started the "pills" as the instructions told. I did, in a matter of two months, lose 35 lbs. I was on a trip to Tennessee when I had a seizure! I was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. I had never had seizures before, so why now? My doctor informed me that the ephedrine shoots your blood pressure through the roof, causing all kinds of side effects. I was shocked to learn that you could buy such a dangerous drug over the counter. Something has to be done about these drugs. People think they are taking the equivalent of herbs and vitamins when in fact they are drugging themselves.

Interesting, because I'm looking at Metabolite and Diet-ZX. Both contain that herb, although Diet-ZX gives you the option of ordering it without the ephedrine. I wonder if it's a safe dose or how effective will either be without the ephedrine? Sorry to hear of your seizure.
