Ephedrine

Consumer Review: Use Common Sense When Trying To Decide How Much Ephedrine Is Right For You.
There are so many reviews done recently on Ephedrine, and frankly, it is all common sense. If you are using too much or you are not in a physical condition to use it, then don't! Just because you are taking the "recommended dosage" of a product, who is it recommended by? NO ONE! It is not intended to cure a disease or "melt fat." It is just for energy as much as caffeine is. If you are using too much, you will feel like it (just like you would on caffeine). Just be smart about it, and do your research!

Some products recommend more then others. The FDA has set some guidelines on this product and that is a minimum of 8mg and max of 25 mg's a day! That is nice to follow, but let it be known that there are differences in the measurements of the supplement. There are different roots and stems that are measured in different increments. So, if you run across a product that you are interested in taking that contains the supplement "Ephedrine" ask what derivative it comes from and how it compares to the FDA guidelines? Not all of them will want to give you an honest answer, but the ones who fess up right away are probably aware of the safety issues that accompany "Ephedrine" and will be happy to answer your questions if you health is truly what they're interested in.
