Question: What Is A Good All Around Workout Machine For A Family Where Everyone Has A Different Body Type And Different Athletic Ability.

I would like to have some opinions of what you think the best machine is for a total workout for all different types of abilities. I am shorter, somewhat overweight, and have arthritis and heart trouble. My son is tall, muscular, athletic, and normal weight. My daughter is shorter and on the heavy side, but is muscular and athletic. Are there any machines that would benefit all of us with our different abilities? Price is somewhat important, but the efficiency and weight-bearing performance is more important. Thank you very much for any help you can offer us before we jump into this.
